Welcome to the official website of Doha Charitable Associations for Orphans (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using this website or contributing to our work, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Halal Funds Requirements

All contributions, donations, and partnerships with the foundation must come from lawful (halal) sources in accordance with Islamic principles. We do not accept funds from prohibited (haram) sources.

Direct Contributions

All voluntary contributions should be made directly to the foundation through our official contact details or designated bank account. The use of third parties is discouraged unless approved by the foundation.

Confidentiality of Beneficiary Data

Donors and contributors are not permitted to request confidential information or personal details of beneficiaries after making a contribution or waqaf (endowments).

Refund Policy

Contributions are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be issued if the funds are used for a purpose other than the one specified by the contributor at the time of donation.

 

Choice of Program

Contributors may choose which program or service their donation will support from among the foundation’s approved initiatives.

Prohibited Activities

The foundation does not engage in activities that go against Islamic norms, teachings, and values. Any proposals or partnerships that contradict these principles will be declined.

Types of Contributions Accepted

We accept both cash and material contributions for charitable purposes and waqaf (endowments)

Transparency and Accountability

For transparency, we publicly share updates on our activities and general spending. However, specific donor details are kept confidential unless consent is given.

Privacy of Donors

We ensure genuine privacy and data protection for donors, in order to preserve the sincerity and reward of Sadaqatul Jariyah.

Consent for Published Content

All photos, videos, and information shared online are published with prior consent from the relevant parties.

Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding the personal information of both our beneficiaries and our donors. Such data will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
